Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lexi is a 2 year old Miniature Pinscher Chihuahua mix and weighs about 10 lbs. She is healthy and active. She loves to be around people. She is very much a lap dog, loves to snuggle and have her belly rubbed. If she is allowed to sleep with you she will burrow under the covers and settle in for the night. She is kennel trained and doesnt mind spending time in her kennel if necessary. She enjoys being outdoors and to go for walks. She is very smart and knows basic commands such as sit and stay. She would do well in a home with teenagers, other dogs and activity. She would also enjoy a slower paced home as long as she gets her walks! Lexi is a very sweet dog.
(An adoption donation of $300 is required.) If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out the CHEW Adoption Application you can find on the Adoption page of our website: chewdogrescue.org, If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.
