Hi there. My name is Cole! I'm about 2 years old and I weigh about 70 lbs. I appear to be a beautiful mix of Shar Pei, Bloodhound and German Shepherd.
I was found as a stray in the Salem area and I was brought in to the pound.
I am a VERY sweet boy. I am very loving and affectionate. I am very happy being with my people. I love going for walks and spending time out in the grassy yard playing. The houndy part of me thoroughly enjoys sniffing the grass but then I love to come over to you and get some good snuggle time in.
I get along very well with the other dogs I have met since I have been here at the pound.
I don't mess in the office and I keep my kennel spotless at night, which leads the pound to believe that I was a house dog and I am likely housebroken.

I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS DOG, AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER DOGS AT OUR SHELTER AS URGENT. OUR KENNEL SPACE HERE AT THE POUND IS VERY LIMITED. THIS DOG COULD BE EUTHANIZED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE ANY TIME AFTER MAY 24, 2015.
HERE AT THE COLUMBIANA COUNTY DOG POUND, WE TRY VERY HARD TO PLACE ALL OF OUR ADOPTABLE DOGS IN TO LOVING HOMES OR SEND THEM TO GREAT, APPROVED RESCUE GROUPS, HOWEVER, WE CAN ONLY KEEP OUR DOGS HERE AT THE POUND AS LONG AS SPACE ALLOWS.
MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY NEUTER SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.
THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
