Greta's Story...
Hi! My name's Greta, and I'd love to meet you. I've been with my foster family for less than a week and I'm already one of the pack! I love playing, especially with my older foster sisters, but sometimes my one year old puppyness gets a bit much for them (they're old...don't tell them that though!). I already know sit and shake - I'm really smart! I love to play and have lots of energy for walks and play time. I love my new toys, and am the biggest little lap dog you've ever seen. I've been through a lot in my short life, so I'm pretty nervous, but give me love and I'll be the best dog you'd ever want!

I weigh close to 40 pounds. I am fully vetted (vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, HW/fecal tested). I'm afraid of being outside by myself and like my foster dad to go in the backyard with me when it's potty time. I have some fears I'm still getting over, but my foster family is helping me to feel loved and whole again.

My adoption fee is $250.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Greta, a Crown Point Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Crown Point, or seeking a Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Crown Point.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Crown Point already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Crown Point breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Crown Point paves the way for another one to be saved.
