Hi guys, my name is Jack. I will be 8 weeks old on June 12, 2015, then I will be neutered and ready to go to a new home. I am a sweet little guy who purrs when petted. I'm learning to play with toys and I love to snuggle with other kitties. I already use the litterbox like a good boy. If a playful kitten sounds like the right pet for you, please apply for me soon! Adoption fee: $100. Adopt a pair: $150. Fee includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip and 60 days of free pet insurance.

Saturday, June 20, 2015: Adoption Event at PetPeople, 6520 Telegraph Rd., Bloomfield Hills. From noon to 4 p.m., come meet adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event). Adoption event dates for 2015: June 20, July 18, August 15, September 19, October 17, November 21 and December 19.

Adoption and Foster Care Application

Adoption Process:
Complete the application at www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
