I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Tucker's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Tucker's Story...
He's big, he's beautiful, and if you're as special as he is, he could be all yours! Tucker is a 3 year old, 90lb housebroken Akbash/Great Pyrenees.

This incredibly handsome fellow loves nothing more than to snuggle up and love you. We don't call him Loverboy without reason! Tucker is house trained and gets along great with everyone, including kids, dogs and he especially adores people. His NY foster mom says, "The Tuck is an incredible boy! Super affectionate. Good with other dogs. Pretty good on leash. Loves to play. An all around GREAT DOG!" We're looking for a home where someone is around to chill with him during the day since he's a big people person!

We require our adopters to have a securely fenced (not electric) yard for the safety of our dogs. Tucker is neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. His adoption fee is $375.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tucker, a Sagaponack Akbash/Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Akbash/Great Pyrenees for sale in Sagaponack, or seeking a Akbash/Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in Sagaponack.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sagaponack already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sagaponack breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Akbash/Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Akbash/Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sagaponack paves the way for another one to be saved.
