Linus's Story...
Our boy Linus is truly one of a kind! This 4 month old, Lab/Corgi mix pup is a “Mini Lab” - perfect for those with limited space but unlimited love! With his gorgeous lab face and adorably cute Corgi legs, his Long Island foster says he’s “a dream”, and we absolutely agree. Now he just needs to find an equally dreamy NY/Tri-state area FOREVER HOME.

This little sweetie will snuggle his way right into your heart! We’re not exaggerating when we say that Linus really has it all. Even though he’s young, he’s an incredibly laid back and easygoing boy – he’s not mouthy, doesn’t chew, walks nicely on a leash, rides well in the car, and sleeps through the night. He LOVES to play with other dogs, so he would like to request a friendly furry friend in his new home. His gentle and quiet personality also means he’s wonderful with kids. We think he’d be a dream come true for a first time pet owner! (He has never been around cats so we don’t know about felines.) He is neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated, and his adoption fee is $375.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Linus, a Sagaponack Labrador Retriever/Corgi puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Corgi for sale in Sagaponack, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Corgi puppy from a breeder in Sagaponack.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sagaponack already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sagaponack breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Corgi breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sagaponack paves the way for another one to be saved.
