My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MAX is a 2 year old neutered black male Lab that weighs 46 pounds. He is a great dog who is very calm and loving. He loves to be petted. Max was a little shy at the shelter but was fine once he got out of there. He stayed with a WCHS foster and was great for her and stayed right with her. WCHS took him to the vet, and he also did great there. Max is good with other dogs and good with cats. Max is approved for kids ages 10+.

Update (6/3): Max is doing great! He is a great dog and extremely calm for a 2 year old. He loves to be around people and is good with other dogs. I have not had him around any cats. He does have a high prey for squirrels. He is a handsome boy that will make his new family very happy!

Update (5/30).. Max is a calm, sweet boy. He is great on a leash and also does well riding in the car. He gets along with other dogs. He knows a few basic commands. He is happy to stretch out next to his humans!

From transporter: Max was very calm. He got right in his crate, immediately settled, and was quiet the entire ride to the vet. He really enjoyed the peanut butter-stuffed kong I gave him. Max is a gorgeous dog with a luxurious coat!
