Hot Daniel!'s Story...
This is Hot Daniel, the cutest little 3-legged cat you’ll ever meet! Hot Daniel (HD) is approximately 2 years old, neutered, and current on all vaccines. He loves to be around people, and can even handle kitty-friendly pooches! At night there is no meowing, in fact the only time would be when he is hungry, or when he wants to say “hey”! At night he likes to get up on the bed and sleep at your feet. He has a habit of following you around and sitting next to you (with one paw on you when he is sleeping so he knows when you stir).

Hot Daniel has been trained to use the human toilet (but doesn’t flush), so need for a litterbox! However, if you need him to use a litterbox, he would. He is missing his right hind limb due to a fracture that could not be repaired. He does just fine without it and doesn’t seem to miss it at all.

If you’re considering a new kitty, please consider Hot Daniel. He’s super sweet and so fun! He would make a great addition to any family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hot Daniel!, a Bryan Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bryan, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Bryan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bryan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bryan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bryan paves the way for another one to be saved.
