Starlet's Story...
I’m a shooting Starlet, and I’m gonna shoot right out of that big eye in the sky, and right into your heart!!! Anyone can wish upon this star; kids, other dogs ,cats and I’ll make their dreams come true! I'm crate trained already and doing pretty well with my leash training but I’m still a pup, so I’ll need plenty more training and plots of patience but you already know that, or you wouldn’t be looking to add a puppy to your family, right? So yeah, shoot on down here and make this Starlet your own !!! 6 months old-40lbs. My adoption fee is $240 and includes microchip, spay, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam , 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Starlet, a Portland Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Portland, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
