Paisley is a petite 3-year-old, 10-pound Chihuahua mix looking for a lap! She came to us from the Salinas Shelter after coming in with a broken leg and pelvis. Paisley underwent extensive orthopedic surgery with plates and pins to stabilize her fractured bones, and thankfully she has made a wonderful recovery. It is understandable that Paisley now looks out for her own well being, and she is not fond of other rowdy dogs or unpredictable children that might play too rough. She'll do best in a calm and quiet home with a lap all to herself. Paisley is house trained and walks nicely on the leash.
