Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Fred! He is an 8 year old, 9 lb shih tzu. Fred lacked a lot of care and socialization before coming to us but he is on his way to becoming a well rounded little dude! His teeth were in horrible shape and our vet removed 5 teeth! WOWZA! Yes, his tongue is constantly hanging out of his mouth in the most adorable derpy way possible. Fred is an "approach with caution" dog, meaning, he is ok with people but he requires a slow approach-fast movements, hands coming at him from above scare him. We would prefer a home with no children. Fred would love to be in a home where he can sit in a lap and be adored, but also will need leadership and routine so he does not take advantage and try to run the show.If you would like to know more about our spunky little guy with more personality than you could fit in his tiny body please fill out an application on our website! www.apurposefulrescue.org
