My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Here I am, in Rhode Island, and I love it! I am the largest of our litter, and that is why I am called Captain! I weigh a whopping 4 pounds! I am affectionate and love to be held. My color is a handsome red with black. As of June 1st, I am around 10 weeks of age. Since I am the largest, I may be as big as 20-25 pounds when grown...but that is a bit of an unknown. My disposition says it all! I was in Louisiana, and lucky for me, that nice rescue lady came to get me. Even though I try to be brave, it was noisy in the shelter. The lady cared for me, vetted me and made sure I got on transport with Little Paws 4 U. That is a Category A rescue in Rhode Island. I am a puppy, and puppies like me do need companionship, attention and a bit of training (we are close to being perfect, but need a little help!). Please ask about me if you have the time and patience for a little one like me. Please ask about me only if you do not have small children or larger, aggressive dogs. Please ask about me if you are in RI, eastern CT, western MA, Cape Cod, Maine or are near Manhattan NYC, Boston, Worcester or the Fall River areas. My fee of 395. covers all vetting to date, transport to RI, a Health Certificate, an exam by a RI vet, de-worming and I have my own collar and blanket as well.
