Cole's Info...

I am already neutered, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Cole's Story...
Cole is a very special cat! He is blind, but he gets around so well you would never know it! It takes a few days for him to acclimate to his new place, but once he is used to everyone he is a total lap cat! He does ok with other cats and even seems to like dogs. \r\n\r\nCole is about two years old, neutered, current on his shots and negative for FIV and FELV. He would love for you to come meet him and see how awesome blind cats are!

His adoption fee is $50. Please email waywardwhiskerscatrescue@hotmail.com to make an appointment if you'd like to meet Cole or any of the other amazing cats at Wayward!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cole, a San Antonio Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
