My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Princess (HWTH#15227A). She is a Shepherd mix, DOB: 5/11/11. Princess weighs approximately 40 pounds and stands 18 inches at the shoulders. She was rescued along with another dog by a volunteer with Halfway to Home. It appears she may have been on the streets for awhile. This is a loving girl who is a little reserved at first meeting but she shows no signs of aggression. Princess may need just a little time to adjust to her new surroundings. Love and structure will go a long way in helping her settle in quickly. Once Princess has settled into her new Forever home, she will benefit from positive basic obedience training mostly for bonding purposes. She will also need exercise and a lot of good-quality human companionship to keep her fit and occupied. Princess is good with other dogs and is crate trained.
