Zeus's Story...
Hi, I'm Zeus and I'm a 1 1/2 year old husky. I was rescued from a bad situation and my temporary home took me in. I'm a typical, active husky that would benefit with a lot of exercise. I like other dogs, but I really enjoy rough housing so I need to meet any other dogs I may live with. It's been told them I can get over a 4' fence, but I have not been able to get over the privacy fence at my current home. I probably wouldn't do good with a house with cats or with very small children due to my energy level. I'm looking for a family that is going to give me all the training, exercise, and love that will make me the best dog I can be. If you are interested in meeting or adopting Zeus, please call 419-290-7963.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zeus, a Toledo Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Toledo, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Toledo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toledo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toledo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toledo paves the way for another one to be saved.
