Maska's Story...
Maska (means bold and strong) came from a high kill shelter where we get most of our dogs. He is very unique and beautiful. He is about 1-2 years old and acts like a big puppy. He needs a nice large fenced in area where he can run and play. He has not had much work with a leash so will need to be worked with, he responds very good though. He does jump up on people that we have been working with him on, we think he would be better in a home without young children as he could knock them over. He is fully vetted and micro chipped. We don't have any history on him as he was a stray. With this boy on your side you will turn heads as he is stunning.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maska, a Ashburn Alaskan Malamute/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Alaskan Malamute/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Ashburn, or seeking a Alaskan Malamute/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Ashburn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ashburn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ashburn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Alaskan Malamute/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Alaskan Malamute/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ashburn paves the way for another one to be saved.
