Meet Howie the adorable Puggle! How can you resist a cute smushed-in face like his? He is about 3 years old, 23 pounds and very curious. Howie was found wandering around at a WalMart in rural Tennessee where he stayed for 4 days. He was too scared to eat or drink from kind strangers. Finally, an animal control officer was able to catch him. He was scheduled to be euthanized June 4th. What a tragedy that would have been! Howie is now happily ensconced in a foster home where he has blossomed. He loves people and other animals. He follows his foster mom around to see what she is going to do next. He will do great with other dogs or as an only dog. He has not been observed around cats. Howie is the perfect size and will be an awesome family pet. What are you waiting for?!
