Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Roxie is a special bundle of energy who is looking for that special adult family who are dog savvy.
She is crate trained, house trained and command trained (e.g, sit, stay, come, leave it, paw).
Loves her daily walks and would love to have another male confident dog to continue to guide her shy and reserved personality when she meets new people or dogs.
Her daily favorites is to:
- give kisses and play with her friends
- play catch and toss her toy duck
- snacking on apples
As much as it is fun and entertaining to be around Roxie, she will be too much for kids due to her breed. Give Roxie a chance to show her true self to you!
If you are interested in meeting Roxie, please go to our website and complete an adoption application at: www.lovewoof.com .
Adoption Process:
Once an adoption counselor receives and approves your application, they will contact you (only if you match the animal's needs) to set up an appointment to meet the dog you applied for and/or any of the other dogs in the rescue. If the dog you applied for is not a good match for your particular situation, there might be others that are better matches.
Adoption Fees:
The adoption fee for dogs under a year of age is $320 and $300 for dogs at least 1 year or older. Adoption fees allow WOOF Animal Rescue to continue to provide care and medical treatment (including spay/neuter services) for dogs while we look for their forever homes. The fees also helps cover the ongoing costs of caring for less adoptable dogs that require longer stays in the rescue, or more advanced medical treatment before finding their forever homes.
WOOF Animal Rescue, in Fremont CA, does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes. Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations and rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed, etc.
