Comet is a 2 and a half year old American Bulldog in urgent need of a foster home.
Comet can be shy and reserved with new people but once she warms up she bonds quickly to those who give her attention and affection. That's when her silly goofy side shines and her whole body wiggles. She likes her walks but they don't have to be long and she enjoys just hanging out on the sofa as well.
In Comet's previous foster home she lived with a young male lab whom she played with.
Comet will need a confident and dog experienced guardian angel.
Comet adoption fee is $300. The adoption fee allows WOOF Animal Rescue to continue to provide care and medical treatment (including spay/neuter services) for dogs like her while we look for our forever homes. This fee also helps cover the ongoing costs of caring for less adoptable dogs that require longer stays in the rescue, or more advanced medical treatment before finding their forever homes.
If you are interested in meeting me, please go to our website and complete an adoption application at: www.lovewoof.com . Once our adoption counselor receives and approves your application, they will contact you (only if you match my needs) to set up an appointment to meet Comet and/or any of the other dogs in the rescue, which dog may be best for your particular situation, if it’s not me.
WOOF Animal Rescue, in Fremont CA, does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes. Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations and rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed, etc.
