Bear's Story...
Are you looking for super sweet, snuggly boy with a great personality? Great! That’s me! I am only weight 6.7 lb and about 2 years old. I’m a fun-loving boy who enjoys getting out and exploring the neighborhood. I’d make an excellent hiking or running companion by day, and a soft cuddle-buddy by night! I have a non shedding coat that will require regular grooming. I live with a brother who he is lucky to have my foster family. I hope I can get lucky like him and find my forever home. I do REALLY like to sit in his foster moms lap. I am a pretty easy going guy. I know to go out and potty too.

I hope to find someone who is excited about taking me to a basic obedience class to help me mature into a gentleman I know I can be! Plus, my cute tricks on top of my ultra-cute looks would be an irresistible combination.

I love to make new friends and can’t wait to meet you, so please ask my friends how to meet ME!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bear, a Fremont Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Fremont, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Fremont.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fremont already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fremont breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fremont paves the way for another one to be saved.
