My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Flicker - Available after June 2
Hi, my name is Flicker. I am one of 5 medium long hair kittens abandoned in a box on the front porch with our mother after our owners were evicted. We survived for several days without food and water, until a kind neighbor came over to investigate. She helped us find our way to Alley Cat Guardians and into the home of our foster Mom. She is feeding us really well, and we will be fixed and ready for adoption soon. My foster home has 3 children ages 3-11 and 3 BIG cats and an even BIGGER dog who thinks he is a cat. We are slowly getting use to being around all of them so we will be ready for ANYTHING!

I am the only other female in the group. I have beautiful gray tabby markings and a big white belly that I love to have rubbed when I am cradled on my back like a baby. I should have been called “Houdini” as I am the first to escape and run down the hall when the cage in opened. I soon stop when I figure out I don’t know where I am going. I would love for you to play with me for hours, until I get tired and fall asleep in your arms. I have a great big purr and eyes that look right through you and melt your heart. If you take me home, I promise to be the most fun you could ever have with a kitten! Got kids?….BRING THEM ON!

Flicker is spayed, vaccinated, and negative for FIV/FeLV. To start the adoption process, contact Alley Cat Guardians at 209-567-3570 or email adoptions@alleycatguardians.org
