Mitzi's Story...
Mitzi was rescued from an over-flowing kill shelter. This gorgeous little Puggle girl is ~3yrs old, spayed, current on all vax, microchipped, on heartworm prevention, she is crate-trained for nights and appears to be housebroken. What a super-duper companion this girl is, for just the right person/couple. I feel that she would be happiest as a companion for a retired/semi-retired person/couple. Mitzi is a super-sweet little girl, weighing in at a mere 15lbs, and standing about 9' tall. Mitzi gets along great with other dogs and is happy to be a couch potato each night, as long as she gets some form of exercise each day. She is very devoted to her caretaker. She enjoys brisk walks each day and being a couch potato at night. A real snuggle-bunny, this one! She's not a digger nor a barker, nor would she wander away, as long as she is loved and well-cared for. However, her foster mom requires a secured fenced-in yard for her adoption to be approved, for Mitzi's best interest and safety. Homes with small children need not apply, as Nalu appears to be shy of loud or boisterous people, from some sort of expereince in her past. So, children being inquisitive and eager to conquer the World would most likely fall into that catagory, therefore, young children would not be her 'cup of tea'. To learn more about this special little girl, please contact her foster mom, Denise, at: h4s_cares@yahoo.com. Mitzi's adoption fee is $225. To apply to adopt Nalu, please copy, paste and add in to a new email, the adoption application below. Do not send as an attachment. --------------------------------------------------------------------- *******Howlin4Spirit Companion Animal Rescue******* ********Adoption Application******** Thank you, for considering adopting a rescued companion animal. But, I know I can be an advocate of change. I know that I can not rescue every animal in need, but little by little, I can help one animal at a time. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mitzi, a Lincolndale Beagle/Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Pug for sale in Lincolndale, or seeking a Beagle/Pug dog from a breeder in Lincolndale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolndale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolndale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Pug breeders who help with Beagle/Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolndale paves the way for another one to be saved.
