Hayes's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Hayes's Story...
Hayes is a 12 week old Pyrenees mix. Hayes and his siblings were rescued from a hoarding situation when they were 4 weeks old and have come a long way since being rescued. Hayes is the quiet one in the group and is a very good boy! He's very laid back. He does love to play but has a more moderate energy level than his siblings. He is crate trained as well.

Hayes is currently in Lafayette, LA but we transport north every two weeks. Our adoption fee is $375 and includes transport. All LAA dogs are up to date on all vaccinations, spayed or neutered, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped. Please fill out an application at http://lafayetteanimalaid.org/adopt/dog-adoption/application/

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hayes, a Glastonbury Great Pyrenees/Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees/Collie for sale in Glastonbury, or seeking a Great Pyrenees/Collie puppy from a breeder in Glastonbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glastonbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glastonbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees/Collie breeders who help with Great Pyrenees/Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glastonbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
