Yang's Story...
Yang is a collie/lab male who is 8 weeks old and loves to play in the pool. He is crate trained and very smart. He loves chew toys and will come lay at your feet. When you lay him on his back and rub his belly he goes right to sleep and starts grunting. He loves playing with the other dogs and did not mind the cats at all. He is very cuddly and loves to play.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Yang, a Ridgecrest Border Collie/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever for sale in Ridgecrest, or seeking a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Ridgecrest.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ridgecrest already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ridgecrest breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Border Collie/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ridgecrest paves the way for another one to be saved.
