Gibbs is a gentle soul.  Give him his space and soon he will beg to be petted.  Please visit him at our Adoption Center located at 2676 Dug Hill Road (72E & Dug Hill) open Thursdays and Fridays 1pm to 6pm

If you are interested in adopting me, please go to www.anewleash.org and click on the dark blue Adoption Form Paw at the top of the page. Come meet our dogs and cats at A New Leash Lodge, open Thursdays and Fridays from 1 to 6 pm. 2676 Dug Hill Rd. Brownsboro, AL 35741. On Saturdays, we take the Lodge pets to the Jones Valley Petsmart from 12 to 4. Some pets are in foster homes, so please email pets@anewleash.org if you want to know about a particular pet. Much like my namesake - I don't like many people. I will probably be a ghost kitty for quite sometime in your home but once I get over that I will be the best kitty ever. My trust is not easily earn but true love and trust takes time. Hopefully you will give me a chance. I would do best in a multi-cat home. **Adoption fees are a tax-deductible donation which helps pay part of their vet bills. Cats over 6 months old: suggested donation is $50. Older Kittens between 3 and 6 months old: suggested donation is $100. Young Kittens under 3 months old: suggested donation is $125. There is a $25 fee for out of town adoptions. ALL PETS FULLY VETTED BEFORE ADOPTION: including exam, MICROCHIP, spay or neuter, FIV/FELV test, fecal, deworm, FVRCP, Rabies (if old enough), as well as any other medications or surgeries the pet needs. Return Policy: If you wish to return the cat(s) after adoption, you MUST return them to A New Leash on Life, Inc. They cannot be given to someone else or turned in to another agency. The returned cat will be placed back into our foster program when the next available foster home has an opening. You are responsible for keeping the cat and bringing him/her to adoption events until an opening occurs. Please visit our website at www.anewleash.org for more information.
