Cookie's Story...
Hi! I'm Cookie! I'm new here and though I should introduce myself! I was in animal control too long and they said I had to go, or I'd have to go... Well you know! So my fister mom came and saved me! I love kids and am well mannered. I know commands like sit, stay, lay down etc. i'm trained to not beg during meals and always ask politely to go outside. I love belly scratches and am a very trusting kind girl. I haven't bern tested around cats yet but I've shown that i'm gonna make someone a great pet soon as I heal up a bit... I'm being treated for a skin condition. But I'll be ready soon!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cookie, a Edmonton German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Edmonton, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Edmonton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edmonton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edmonton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edmonton paves the way for another one to be saved.
