My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name: Wyatt
Sex: Male
Breed: Lab Mix
Age: 5 months
Weight: 28 lbs
Good with: Dogs, people and kids. Untested with cats

Wyatt was rescued from a Texan high kill shelter in Feb 2015, 2 hours before his time was up. The little guy was sick and very underweight. He is now a happy, healthy, playful puppy !!

Here is this little Champs story from his foster mom, Sarah – “Today, Wyatt is an almost 5 months old happy and is a healthy Labrador puppy. He has grown up in a foster home with 2 shih-tzus and 2 Great danes, along with multiple foster dogs that he has seen come and go in the 4 months that he has been with me. Wyatt loves to play with toys, chewie bones, and he loves to run outside and also enjoys playing in his doggie pool, he LOVES water. He walks better on a leash than my own dogs. He is nothing short of an amazing miracle. He loves kids, & loves all people he meets. He stays in a crate when I am gone and is mostly potty trained if given a break every 1-2 hours to go potty. He knows to go potty immediately when he goes outside, it’s the first thing he does, very convenient. He has learned quickly from my own dogs. He loves to take car rides and happily sits in a dog bed in the front seat and behaves perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about this smart puppy. He will make a great family pet, companion, jogging partner (jogging, when he’s older).
Wyatt now weighs about 28 pounds, is almost 5 months old, and is all black with a white chest and white chin. He is fully vetted, neutered, up to date on vaccines, micro chipped, and has been on heartworm/flea prevention for 2 months. I estimate that Wyatt will be between 50-65 pounds when full grown. Whoever adopts this special little puppy is a very lucky person”
