Chika - Adopted 07/25/2015's Story...
Chika is a sweet little girl who Loves to cuddle. She enjoys playing with her toys, being chased around, tossing her toys in the air or just sitting next to you or on your lap. She is a little timid when meeting new people, but warms up quickly. Chika is able to jump a regular fence, so needs a family that will keep her in the yard and safe. Chika does very well on a leash, enjoys car rides, is play, and loves to give kisses. She is not spayed currently, but an appointment is being scheduled for next week.
Come meet this little love muffin at our next adoption event.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chika - Adopted 07/25/2015, a Livonia Beagle/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Dachshund for sale in Livonia, or seeking a Beagle/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Livonia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Livonia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Livonia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Dachshund breeders who help with Beagle/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Livonia paves the way for another one to be saved.
