Ryder's Story...
Hi, my name is Ryder. My brother, Flynn, and I came into the shelter together. I am the reserved one, and Flynn is more outgoing. I am approximately1 year old, appear to be housetrained, am great walking on a leash, and know a few basic commands. I have not seen cats or kids since coming to the shelter, but I think I would love both. I really want to find a forever home where I can shower my people with love, go for walks, play, and sleep on a soft bed. If you would like to provide that home for me or my brother (or both of us!), please call the shelter!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ryder, a Chino Valley Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Chino Valley, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Chino Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chino Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chino Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chino Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
