My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"I am Buttons! And I am all about LOVE, love me love me love me and I will love you love you love you xxxx I am only about 9 weeks old, I am a little fluffy boy, neutered and vet checked, negative for nasty viruses and looking for my forever human"

Your contact is Michele - Call (760) 567-0768 with any questions about our cats (NO TEXTS PLEASE). Michele is with Tender Loving Critters Animal Rescue

Michele has kitty adoption events on Saturdays at Petsmart, Palm Desert from 11:00 to 3:00 while Ellen runs the adoptions in Palm Springs, Saturdays at Petsmart on Ramon Rd. from 11:00 to 4:00. Please drop by and see who is looking for a home! Of course, if you are interested in a particular kitty you see on the site, we can bring him/her to the store for you to meet.

Please, even If you aren't adopting on that day, do put something into our donation jar. Your donations are the cats lifeline - this money enables us to feed and care for the rescue cats we already have and makes it possible for us to save more.

We adopt to those that want INDOOR CATS ONLY. We like our kitties to be indoor kitties because we promise to keep them safe and they are not safe outside, no matter what. Even letting a kitty go out on the porch with you is dangerous - once they get a taste of outside they want more and can disappear in a flash in front of your eyes, as well as start to BOLT anytime the door is opened. We have found even the adult rescue cats that have been abandoned and left to fend for themselves have NO desire to go outside.

Kittens are really too small and vulnerable for younger children, kittens are easily frightened and can scratch a toddler resulting in trauma for both child and pet. We prefer to see the teen or adult cats go with the smaller children, they are bigger and not so afraid.
