Clyde's Story...
Looking for a mellow couch potato? A snuggle up and watch TV kind of guy? Clyde would be great for a retired couple looking to give a senior dog a forever home. He is extremely well behaved (sometimes pulls on the lead) but other than that he is such a good boy and we think with patience and time he would learn quickly not to pull. He is potty trained and crate trained though he would prefer a dog bed just to sleep the day away. He loves to be pet and loved on. He was surrendered to us because he needed to knee surgeries which we have done and now that he is healed completely and healthy, he is looking for his forever home. Clyde is about 6 to 8 years old in his prime years and loves to eat more than anything! He is totally treat and food motivated and extremely smart. He knows some basic commands. If you are interested in meeting this ole chap, please call Foster mom Diane at 702.524.3734

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clyde, a Las Vegas Labrador Retriever/Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Great Dane for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Great Dane dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Great Dane breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
