My story

This adorable little lady is Melody, a one year old greyhound/beagle mix that would love a loving, secure home of her own. Melody had a home since she was a puppy, but she was surrendered because her owner is moving and cannot take her along. Melody was so shy and scared when she first arrived, and understandably so. She needed lots of reassurance and TLC, and once she meets you and learns to trust you, she climbs right in your lap and will love you forever. Melody is very loving and affectionate, and is calm and quiet too. She will need a calm home and the time to adjust to it. Melody is very well behaved and walks perfectly on a leash. She is gentle and sweet, and she doesn't seem to mind other well behaved dogs. Melody would do best in a home with more mature children. She will be your best friend and lifelong companion if you open your heart and home to our sweet little Melody. File#24833 6/5/15
