My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tybee is a very social girl and loves to be loved! And, just look at those beautiful eyes...it's like she puts her eyeliner on every morning. She is very playful and enjoys a good game of fetch with a tennis ball. She is a very sweet girl and eager to please. She is in a home with two other dogs and four children age 5-10. She enjoys playing with other doggies and absolutely loves children. She is learning to walk on a leash like a little lady. Tybee responds well to corrections; a stern "no" does the trick for almost anything. She can bit a little sensitive if you are stern with her but, she is getting more confident.

Tybee would do best in a home where she gets a moderate amount of exercise. She would be happy with a couple of short walks a day and a session or two of fetch. She loves to chill with her family to relax after playing outside.

Tybee is a female/sp lab-hound mix born ~March 2015. She will weigh approximately 45-50 pounds full grown. She is crate trained.

AS WITH ALL YOUNG PUPS, this puppy will need constant supervision when not crated. Puppies will chew and get into trouble as any puppy would. A puppy needs a leader and someone to teach the basics of house training, obedience, and behavior. At the ages of 10-16 weeks, puppies tend to tire easily and take lots of naps. As they get older, they will need more exercise (walks, hikes, playing fetch, etc) to expend their energy and to be happy and healthy.

Don't get us wrong, we love puppies! However, we also want those interested in adopting a wee canine to make a thoughtful decision, be realistic in behavior expectations, and be prepared to provide proper and kind leadership.
