If your home is missing a cat...... and you like the not up in your face type of cat, then here is your girl. Thru NO fault of her own Ariel finds herself in search of a home for a 2nd time. Her present owner has developed allergies and needs to find Ariel a loving and safe home and has agreed to try and keep this girl until a home is found. Her owner does love this cat and does not want to upset or disrupt her normal routine.

Rewind to the beginning.....Ariel was found during the coldest part of winter a couple years back. During her vetting she tested negative for Felv but did test positive for FIV (feline immunity disease) which simply means she has been exposed to the virus. This means her immune system could be weaker than others if she was to become sick.

Ariel has always been very healthy with no medical problems. In order to stay in tip top health she needs to remain an inside kitty to reduce any risk. She is sort of a loner. She likes her present owner, but will hide sometimes when friends come to visit. Ariel may sit on the couch but will only sit in your lap if she feels like it. Her favorite spot at home is her perch at the window. She does have some special toys, a scratching post and a bed that she likes. If you enjoy having a quiet cat in your life, then Ariel may just be that cat.

About Last Chance Pet Rescue, Inc

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a small rescue group formed to help the animals held by Animal Control facilities in Dickson County TN. The main facility in our county is not open to the public, does not have a formal adoption program and does not have access to internet. We not only rescue animals from them and take them into our foster homes, but also submit the animals to many other rescue groups in hopes of saving even more lives.
We are also dedicated to locating affordable spay/neuter options for individuals that lack the funds to have their companion animals spayed/neutered. This is the only way to stop the overwhelming number of unwanted animals entering into animal control facilities.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption fee pays for the spay/neuter, 1 annual vaccination, 1 rabies vaccination, deworming, heartworm check for dogs and fe/luk test for cats. Once you have met the animal you wish to adopt, you will complete an adoption application and adoption contract, fully acknowledging our contractual agreements, which includes a possible home check.
