Lulu's Story...
Good day to you! My name is Lulu and I'm so very pleased to meet you.

I'm a Zen-like young girl, always dreaming of what my life will be like once I'm adopted. I love to curl up in a meditative position and think of how much my people will love me, the cozy nap spots I'll find in my new house, and the fun toys I'll have to play with. Oh, and the special dietary food that keeps me healthy. It's pretty tasty and I promise you that feeding me won't be an inconvenience at all.

I love those things that don't disturb my tranquility. Soft petting on my head, a bit of gentle brushing, and a quiet game with a feather toy are all my style. You'll find peaceful moments, too, as we share placid hours together.

Does a mellow cat such as me sound like the perfect companion for you? I like to think of my snow white coat as a blank page to be filled with the story of our lives together. Let's open the book and start writing our tale today!

DOB: 09/2009

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lulu, a Denver Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Denver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
