Facts about Capri

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Black (All)
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Capril found herself abandoned and ready to give birth at any time. She was one very smart cat. She found a car with a window left partially opened and climb inside where whe gave birth to 4 adorable kittens (all have been adopted). The owner of the vehicle was quite suprised to find this small family living in his car. He didn't want to disturb her so he left her right where she was and provided food and water for this new mother. Eventually, we were contacted to help.

Capril is an amazing girl. She is approx. two years of age and is anxiously waiting for her forever home to come along. This is what her foster mom has to say "She is very affectionate, cuddly and gets along with all the other snimals. Capril is a real joy to have around and is no problem at all.

About Abandoned Cats Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Abandoned Cats Rescue is a completely independent Canadian Registered Charity supported solely by committed volunteers.....

We dedicate our time and efforts to the rescue of cats/kittens from local shelters that normally have only 72 hours to be claimed or rescued by a group such as ours. If not, they are sadly euthanized. We also focus our attention on those cats struggling to survive outdoors – the ones that have been abandoned and neglected. Our cats are housed in loving volunteer foster homes until a “forever” home is found.

All adoption fees and donations go completely to assisting the cats in our care. They are vet examined, vaccinated as age appropriate, spayed or neutered and treated for any medical needs that are necessary to ensure the health of the cat.

We never euthanize animals we can’t find homes for. We believe that there is the “perfect” home for ALL of our cats and they all deserve a chance to be loved forever!

Won’t you consider opening your heart and home to one of our many rescued cats/kittens? They are all waiting anxiously for a place to call home!
