  • Sex: Female

This little Polar Bear Pom ended up at Ramona Shelter with an ominous tumor on her face. Not knowing is it was malignant or benign, we knew she had to be saved and given a chance because the shelter would not give her that opportunity. After 2 surgeries and a roller-coaster recovery, the tumor was benign and Muffin was on her way to finding the perfect home!

Muffin the Munchkin has the shortest little legs that lend to her name! Watching her do the zooms around the yard is the cutest sight you've ever seen! This sweet and vocal senior loves to eat, sleep and EAT. She does well with other dogs, loves people and telling everyone how she feels. Housebroken, low energy and is happy to be lounging on the couch or in bed watching TV.  She is a bit head shy also, so approaching her slowly is recommended.

About GreenDog Foundation

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a non-profit public charity that solely relies on volunteers and donors to support our efforts. With the public's support, we are able to rescue euthanasia-listed dogs from shelters all over California, bring them into a loving environment and nurture them back to health and then help them to find their forever home and family.

Our Adoption Process...

Adult dogs require a $300 adoption fee. This covers their spay or neuter, vaccinations (including Rabies), and microchipping as well as anything else that the dog may need to bring him or her to the healthiest state possible before adoption (i.e. dental cleaning, tumor removal, rounds of antibiotics, etc.)
