Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kelsey is our 3 month old Welsh terrier mix puppy. She weighs about 7 lbs pounds, so we think she will be small - medium when grown. Her mother was a pure bred Welsh terrier. (see last photo) Kelsey is such a sweetheart! She loves everyone that she meets. She is fostered in a home along with her siblings, one other is still available for adoption.
Kelsey is ready to join her family and share a Wonderful life!
If you are interested in giving Kelsey a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the "Notes" section. While you are there, please "Like" our page to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

You can also email us at merceranimalrescue@gmail.com and we will email an application to you. Feel free to call Beverly (901-651-6322) with questions about the pups or Angela with questions about our adoption process 203-909-8861
Kelsey's adoption donation is $495 which helps to cover the spaying, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), rabies, flea/tick & heart worm medications, vet examination, certificate of health and transportation fee.
Kelsey is fostered in Tennessee with her siblings. She will travel to her new home by professional pet transport once she has been adopted. We use a weekly pet transport to the northeast and a bi-monthly transport to Illinois / Wisconsin / Minnesota. Next transport to IL/WI/MN is June 15th.
Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home
