for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Buzz's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and not good with dogs.

Buzz's Story...
Buzz is a very friendly, happy and well-trained 67-pound three-year-old, male, Shar Pei / Lab-mix looking for a loving guardian.

This big boy is just so nice and sweet. He leans lovingly against you. He knows the commands sit, down, paw and has a lazy half roll over … and he can catch a ball mid-air!

He’ll happily give you kisses and tail wags. Buzz gets along with all people but not other dogs. So, he’s looking for a loving home as the only dog in the house. He is housebroken and crate-trained.

Buzz’s adoption fee of $300 benefits the rescued pets of Pei Pals. He is healthy, neutered, de-wormed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested, and on monthly heartworm preventative. He is currently at a boarding center in Plano, Illinois.

To meet and possibly adopt Buzz, please contact Jen at peachesash@aol.com or 630-553-7829.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buzz, a Chicago Shar Pei/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shar Pei/Labrador Retriever for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Shar Pei/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shar Pei/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Shar Pei/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
