Baron's Story...
Baron really has a lot of potential to become an amazing dog. He loves people, is very intelligent, and would thrive in an experienced, active home with a family who will exercise his mind and body. Very fun to train! He may do best without very small kids since he can be a bit on the exuberant side. He's a big boy, weighing about 80 pounds, and he looks to be about 2 years old. $250 will include his neuter, vaccines, and chip. He does chase cats. If you are interested in adoption please fill out the online application found on our website at www.petsnpals.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baron, a Lathrop German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Lathrop, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Lathrop.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lathrop already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lathrop breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lathrop paves the way for another one to be saved.
