Boxer Mix Dog for adoption in Fort Walton Beach, Florida - Tj

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking

Tj's Info...

I am already neutered, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Tj's Story...
I'm a young Boxer mix in need of special help.  I'm a 2 year old male with Heartworms. Heartworms are deadly and I will die if I can't get treatment.  The PAWS medical clinic will treat me once I'm adopted to a home where I can recuperate in a stressless environment.  I will have to have injections and cage rest and cannot be treated while I'm in the shelter.  I'm a very sweet dog who loves attention, hugs and petting.  When I'm well, I would be a good companion for an active couple or a home with teenagers and older. I'm a pretty boy who leans against the cage door for your touch.  Please visit me to see how sweet I am and if you are ready to include a special needs dog in your caring home. I will be so grateful to be allowed to live out my life like a normal dog.  You won't regret it if you choose to give me the life saving love I need!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tj, a Fort Walton Beach Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Fort Walton Beach, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Fort Walton Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Walton Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Walton Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Walton Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
