My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Holly is a sweet little Pekinese Pomeranian (Peka-Pom) and is estimated to be 11-12 years old. She is currently fostered by a young married couple with a Goldendoodle. Holly was originally cared for 10 years by the couple’s widowed grandmother who passed away 2 years ago. Holly was instantly adopted by the family’s other grandmother who unfortunately passed away in May of this year. The couple is not able to keep Holly due to the Goldendoodle being a little too “playful” & “mischievous” for Holly at times. Although Holly has a very young spirit, she is just as happy sitting on your lap and relaxing. She currently goes on long walks with her family and can keep up with the Goldendoodle! Holly will be a perfect fit for an older family that has little interaction with young children (ages 10 & younger) as she tends to nip at little hands. She is extremely affectionate and loves belly scratches. Her perky little ears are always alert and ready to follow you around the house. She is good with leash-walking, but likes to sniff areas with lots of dog traffic. She is also house-broken and will yelp if she needs to be let outside.
