Sassy's Story...
"Hi, my name is Sassy, and I'm a petite Siamese feline with very pretty blue eyes. I'm two years old and waiting to be chosen for a loving home.

My ASPCA Feline-ality testing rates me as a SECRET ADMIRER: "When it comes to relationships, I'm very level-headed. I don't leap in paws first, if you know what I mean. But give me a little time and then I'll shower you with purrs., head-butts and plenty of lap time. In the meantime, you may not see a lot of me, but I'll be thinking a lot of you."
Please come and visit me here at the shelter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sassy, a South Haven Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in South Haven, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in South Haven.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in South Haven already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a South Haven breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in South Haven paves the way for another one to be saved.
