Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey! Howdy! Whassup, world? Xena—the Warrior Princess—here! Bring. It. On.
I am all Jack … no, really, all Jack. I’m not a cuddle-on-the-couch kinda girl who likes to watch the world go by. I want to make Jack Russell history! I’m obsessed with playing ball (you can probably tell from my photos), am prey driven, love playing in the water and thought our latest JRT Fun Day (which includes racing, lure chasing, go-to-ground and barn hunting) was an absolute blast! I want to do it all!
I am also in my “Terrier Twos,” which means I am full-throttle and lack some leash manners, gentleness, and focus that a regular "house dog" has. I'm not your typical "pet." I need a highly-experienced JRT owner or trainer to adopt me. I’m incredibly smart and want to learn new things that keep me active and happy. Once I find just the right Jack-savvy parent who knows how to harness all of this energy and keep me focused on events and activities, I am going to be the dream competitive Jack Russell.
I’m about 1 or 2 years old, heartworm negative, spayed and ready to go home with just the right person, i.e. I am not for the a first-timer and I am not a family dog. It's all about me, and children are merely "ball throwers" in my eyes. I have no problem grabbing it from them -- and I may accidentally get their little fingers in the process.
