Murray's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Murray's Story...
I am a cute and spunky pup! I bet you can see the sparkle and the sweetness in my eyes!

I was dumped in a high kill shelter all by myself. No Mommy. No brothers or sisters. I was so frightened! Then a lady named rescue took me out of the cage and snuggled me down into her arms. I knew then I would be safe! She took me to her farm and gave me food and a nice warm bed. The kids played with me all day. Whee! It is fun here with all the cats, dogs, kids!

I love it here, but more than anything, I want a family of my own. My own people to love and follow around. I am all packed and ready to go! Just send in an application and I will come! I'm so excited to meet you!

Puppies this age become what new owners mold them into. They are sweet loving happy and eager to learn. They need to be taught and trained. They look at other animals as playmates, it is up to new owners to keep them animal friendly and turn them into wonderful family pets.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Murray, a Cooperstown Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Cooperstown, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Cooperstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cooperstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cooperstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cooperstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
