Bender's Story...
Hi! My name is Bender. I'm a 3 year old Domestic Shorthair. I have been neutered, de-wormed and I am up to date on vaccines. I will still require a rabies vaccine after I am adopted.

I am a nice guy, and love my attention. When I first came in I was in a little bit of rough shape, but the staff here gave me what I needed, and here I am today. A vocal, affectionate, happy, loving guy. I love being pet, especially if you're scratching my head, I love that so much! I would go great in any home, as long as you don't mind me chatting with you from time to time. I like to meow, and ask for my attention, you know, just typical cat behaviour. I'll be the best cat, I know I'm lucky to be here, and will be even luckier when I can go to my new forever home. I just can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you! Snuggle later!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bender, a Lloydminster Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lloydminster, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Lloydminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lloydminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lloydminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lloydminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
