Tiny Scruffy was kept outside living on the front steps. Now this little guy is very happy being in his foster home and having other doggie friends to play with. He is not sure of all strangers, but warms up fast and becomes a great lap dog. He is only a bit over 5 pounds and estimated to be around 2 years old. He is most likely part Yorkie and Chihuahua.
