Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Pax is a 6 year mini dachshund. He is housetrained and crate trained, but doesn't really need to be in a crate. Pax is good with other dogs and people, including kids who are good about not wanting to pick up the "doggie". Pax was surrendered to a high kill shelter in southern Indiana because he bit a child. I have not seen this behavior at all. He was actually at one of our adoption events and kids would sit on the ground and Pax would climb in their laps and lick them. If you are a wiener dog lover, this guy is for you. He is neutered and up to date on shots. If you would like to meet Pax please call Jody at 708-268-6965. The adoption fee is $200.
