Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Tootie. He is presumed male and is in his 20's. He is special needs and does have cataracts. As a result his is partially blind. He also tends to pluck when he is in a new environment, and isn't in the best feather currently. He is very sweet nonetheless, will step up, and loves to have his head scratched. He is Female preferential and does not like men. He would do best in a quiet home, with a female owner.
