Habanero's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Habanero's Story...
Habanero is our "spicy" no-longer-little guy - he is almost 1 year old and ready to go! We first saw him at the shelter when he was no bigger than the palm of our hands summer of 2015; and drove away for lack of foster homes...but within five minutes of leaving the shelter, we *knew* we had to turn back around for him....and gladly accepted him into our program :) He was a whopping *maybe* 6lbs and full of spunk and sassiness! He grew up into a handsome man who was sadly adopted and returned TWICE due to no fault (at all!) of his own.

Habanero is now a strapping 60lb boy who is very smart and very sweet. He is social with some dogs, adores people, and is doing well with basic training (sit, shake, etc). Habanero needs a person or a family who will truly promise him forever -- and it breaks our hearts that he has yet to find that. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Habanero, a College Station Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in College Station, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in College Station.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in College Station already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a College Station breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in College Station paves the way for another one to be saved.
